3 Bedroom House in Truxton Circle, Washington

Live like a local in the heart of DC's vibrant Shaw neighborhood!
This completely renovated turn of the century rowhome offers high speed WiFi, a workspace, private deck, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and full-size washer and dryer.
There are three bedrooms: one has a king bed and two have queen beds. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with a third full bathroom in the hall directly across from the other bedroom.
This gorgeous rowhome was built in 1900 and has been completely renovated to include all the comforts of modern living.
The main level boasts a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a private deck, a large, open living and dining area, a light and bright workspace, full-size washer and dryer, and a half bathroom.
Upstairs you'll find three spacious bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms, and a third full bathroom.
I live in the lower level unit (completely separate, with its own entrance), should you need anything at all during your stay. You might see me walking in, but will give you your space with a nice hello!
Stroll down tree-lined streets to one of the many nearby coffee shops, eateries, or watering holes.
There are two nearby Metro stops: Shaw-Howard U (Green and Yellow Lines) is two blocks away and NoMa-Galludet U (Red Line) is four blocks away.
There is also a bus stop in the same block and a Capital Bikeshare station in the next block.
Fireplaces are decorative only.
• Guests within a 50-mile radius of DC must message us before booking.
• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.
• Quiet hours are in effect from 10PM to 8AM every day.
• Loud speakers are not allowed for playing loud music at any time.
• Shoes are not permitted inside the house. Homeowner lives downstairs on the property and can hear the steps.
• No smoking allowed, with a violation fee of $300 per night.
• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.
• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning.
• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of cleaning.

Summary: We had a great time here! We were able to check in early, and offered a late check out if our flight had any delays. Plenty of space for five of us. All with seperate bathrooms. Our host was very accomodating and easy to reach if we needed them. We were very close to the metro which was amaxing for what we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Stayed at this property as we were too late to book conference hotels, and it turned out to be a great choice. Plenty of room for 3 of us to have our own space, cool building & neighborhood, and less than 10 min car ride to downtown. Very easy check-in/out. Highly recommend!

Summary: The apartment is extremely nice and very clean, just as described and pictured. James is very accommodating and communicative. However, We didn’t like the walk to and from the Shaw metro or riding the local bus. We didn’t really have any problems, we just didn’t feel safe at times. If you are willing to Uber in and out I would recommend staying here. I parked my vehicle on the street and didn’t have any problems. Wonderful apartment, mediocre location.
